We consider a technical problem to be one of the following:

  • No refund is possible for the amount paid in the form of administrative fees or installation charges.

  • Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with a fee refund.

  • DigitalPro World is not liable to pay a refund if a delay or service disruption happens due to third-party involvement.

  • There is no refund policy for the services placed under same-day delivery.

  • DigitalPro World is not liable to pay a refund if the third party charges are paid on behalf of the client to buy like Domain, Hosting Space, SSL, Plugins, API, Themes However, as a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service or Digital Product at our website or from us directly over the Phone, Email visit our office & Chat.  Said Refund Policy is provided through our website in open access.
